Jeffrey Clapp works in the Department of Literature and Cultural Studies at the Hong Kong Institute of Education. He is the coeditor of Security and Hospitality in Literature and Culture: Modern and Contemporary Perspectives (Routledge 2016), and he is working on a book about surveillance, democracy, and literature from the Cold War to the present.
