Paolo Pitari obtained a Masterís Degree in English, on March 10th, 2015, magna cum laude, at Caí Foscari University of Venice. Both his Bachelorís and Masterís theses discussed David Foster Wallace, the former in an attempt to do justice to the ethical content of The Broom of the System; the latter as an account of how and why he came to see Wallace as a nihilist. He plans to apply for a PhD.
